- HAKAWA Vietnam is responsible for the HAKAWA brand in the Vietnamese market
- Only genuine products are sold in Hakawa.vn and official authorized dealer of Hakwa

2. Warranty Policy
- All Hakawa aluminum ladder products are warranted for up to 2 years globally
- AAA Liability Insurance worth 1 billion VND
- Warranty: At Hakawa service centers nationwide
3. Return Policy
- You have the right to return if the product is of unsatisfactory quality or has a manufacturer fault
- Time to return within 30 days from the date of purchase
4. Shipping Policy
- Hakawa ships to 64 cities and provinces nationwide (Applies to Hakawa Vietnam)
- Delivery time in HCMC is 1-2 days. Outside HCM from 3-10 days
- Support delivery fee from 50-100%
5. After-Sales Policy
- After purchasing, if you have any problems with the product, please contact Hakawa service centers nationwide. Support hotline: +84995.909.909
- For products over the warranty period, Hakawa will support 50% of the cost of replacement parts, and free repair work for you
6. Loyal Customer Policy
- Hakawa applies special offers exclusively to Hakawa’s loyal customers
- Promotion details are regularly updated on Hakawa.vn and the official agency system
7. Agency policy
- Hakawa support agents to meet the standards of Hakawa services / products according to business philosophy & core values of Hakawa in Vietnam
- Agents must take the interests of customers as the center & guide in all business activities. For agents who violate the policy more than 2 times, they will lose Hakawa’s support / priority packages in Vietnam.
